What does Halcyon Mean?
We feel strongly that our clinic should be a place that your pet feels comfortable and relaxed during his or her visit. We make great effort to control and manage the sights, sounds, and smell of our clinic to provide a pleasant, non-threatening sensory experience for your animals. Our goal is to limit or eliminate the stress of veterinary visits on both the patient and the client. The word Halcyon (pronounced Hal-see-en) means calm and peaceful. We felt this new name better fits our practice philosophy rather than our original name of Benton Road Animal Health Clinic.
